Shipping policy
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (Not including customized items, which may take up to a week or more based upon demand).
*Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping rates may vary and depend on location, size, weight, and speed.
Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email and a shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facilities. Delivery generally occurs within 3-7 business days after the ship date.
*We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
We cannot change or cancel any order once it’s been shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled.
